Excursions
Kerela Trip
There goes another proverb “All work and no play makes jack a dull boy”. Sports and Games are integral part of students life. In ancient Greece sports and games formed the principal part of education. In the advanced countries of the present day, sports and games are a regular feature of the school and college curriculum. They are good exercise and help to build fine physique for boys and girls. They make girls and boys mentally alert and physically strong. By displaying their feats before many spectators, students overcome their nervousness. You don’t get what you wish for, You get what you work for and our talented girls of std.10th have proved this right in the 26th Junior National Throw Ball (Girls) Championship 2015 – 16.The National throw ball Championship was scheduled in Aluva Kerala between 27th to 30th Aug. 2015. The girls played marvellously and with full concentration, co – operation and energy under the guidance of PT Sir Mr.Jaydeep Tambavekar.
Exhibition
“The exhibition is not just about art, but about life. The ideas in the exhibition relate to so many aspects of everyday life, as well as animating works of art across a huge range of exhibits”.
By organizing an exhibition students get a platform to show what they have learned and what they are good at, as well. Students get a chance to apply or do the practical aspect of the things that they have learned from the classroom. Students being creative use their capabilities and skills in the best possible way, in this way they get a chance for showcasing their talents. Also when in exhibition kids need toexplain about what they are presenting, this is really a great opportunity for them to speak well which can help in boosting their confidence.
On 27th and 28th April, 16 out school RMD SSDS had organised a marvellous exhibition taking into account all the subjects viz English, Hindi, Marathi, German, French, Maths, Science and Social Science, wherein our super excited and bright students exhibited their talents for the same.
